Overview
The solid-phase, two-site fluoroimmunometric assay is based on the direct sandwich technique in which two monoclonal antibodies are directed against two separate antigenic determinants on the hTSH molecule. The analytical sensitivity of the assays is typically better than 2 µU/mL blood (4.4 µU/mL serum).
