Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total PAX8 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, OVCAR-3 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 0.1% insulin and 20% FBS containing medium, and lysed with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
