  • What is Omni's affiliation with Revvity?

    As a reminder, in May of 2023, Revvity launched as a science-based solutions company focused on developing technologies and solutions across disease pathways to help solve the world's greatest health challenges. Omni International is part of Revvity and brings leading products for sample homogenization, sonication, and centrifugation to Revvity's portfolio of life science research and diagnostic solutions.

  • Will my Omni-Inc.com log-in work on Revvity.com?

    No, but if you ordered Omni products on Omni-Inc.com in 2023 or 2024, you will not need to complete the registration process again on www.revvity.com. Simply set up a www.revvity.com password by visiting the Forgot Password page and use the same email address associated with your Omni-Inc.com account to finalize your secure password setup. If you are registering for an online account for the first time, please visit the Create Revvity Account page to register for a new online account.

  • How do I set up my Revvity.com account?

    If you had an account and ordered Omni products on Omni-Inc.com in 2023 or 2024, then you are already registered on www.revvity.com. Just visit the Forgot Password page and use the same email address associated with your Omni-Inc.com account to receive an email to finalize your secure password setup.   • How do I pay for my order on Revvity.com?

    Paying for your order on www.revvity.com is easy! You can pay with a credit card or a purchase order. If you prefer to pay with a purchase order, you can find the Revvity tax ID and bank details document in the left-hand navigation of your My Accounts page after logging in. If you have any supplier set-up questions, please contact us.

  • What will happen to my Omni-Inc.com account?

    Omni's online ordering services are transitioning to www.revvity.com; your Omni-Inc.com account will become inactive as of May 15th. From now on, Omni customers who want to view or purchase Omni products online will need to do so on www.revvity.com.

  • Who do I make the purchase order out to when I buy on Revvity.com?

    In the United States make purchase orders out to Revvity Health Sciences, Inc. In Canada, make purchase orders out to Revvity Health Sciences Canada, Inc. For additional details, you can find the Revvity tax ID and bank details document in the left-hand navigation of your My Accounts page after logging in. If you have any supplier set-up questions, please contact us.

  • As a prospect or customer for Omni products, do I need to use Omni-Inc.com anymore to obtain information about or order Omni products online?

    Omni-Inc.com is undergoing a transition to become an information and application-specific website without e-commerce capabilities. Customers who want to view and purchase Omni products online can now do so at www.revvity.com.

  • What is the status of open orders submitted on Omni-Inc.com?

    Orders submitted on Omni-Inc.com will be processed using the historical process. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please contact us.

  • What is my password on Revvity.com?

    If you had an account and ordered Omni products on Omni-Inc.com in 2023 or 2024, then you are already registered on www.revvity.com.     No. Omni's products and online ordering services are transitioning to www.revvity.com. From now on, Omni customers who want to view or purchase Omni products online should visit www.revvity.com. You may share your feedback about our website here at any time.

  • What countries offer online ordering for Omni products?

    Online ordering capabilities for Omni products are currently limited to customers in the United States and Canada. If you would like to place an order for any Omni product outside the United States and Canada, please don't hesitate to contact us and select the relevant Omni option (Omni Homogenizers, Omni Sonicators, Revvity Centrifuges) and we'll get right back to you.   • What online ordering features are available on Revvity.com?
