Achieving CAR-T cell generation in a single intervention using a multiplex base editing system

Discover how the Pin-pointâ„¢ base editing platform can be configured for the streamlined generation of allogeneic CAR-T cells and hypoimmunogenic iPSCs in this scientific poster. We describe the exploitation of the aptamer-based recruitment mechanism of the Pin-point base editing platform to achieve simultaneous multi-gene knockout and CAR insertion to create CAR-T cells in a single reaction. We also show the advantage of this platform in iPSCs, which are known to be sensitive to gene editing. Read the full poster and view the supporting experimental data.

The Pin-point platform technology is available for clinical study and commercialization under a commercial license from Revvity. Pin-point reagents are available for research use only.
