Fluorescence imaging using the IVIS™ Spectrum system of liver inflammation during the early stages of NASH in mice on a high fat diet (HFD). Mice received i.v. cocktail injection of IVISense™ Annexin-V 750, IVISense MMP 750, & IVISense Transferrin Receptor 750 (AMT750) fluorescent probes to detect cell death, inflammation, and iron metabolism changes in the body. IVISense Vascular 680 (IV680) was also used to study vascular leakiness in inflamed tissues. Fluorescent imaging signals were measured and quantified 24 hours after probe injection.

Bioluminescence kinetic analysis of five mice bearing subcutaneous tumors. Twenty consecutive images were taken automatically using Living Image™ software.
