The ADP-Glo™ Kinase Assay is a crucial tool in drug discovery research. It measures the activity of kinases, essential enzymes involved in cellular signaling. By quantifying the amount of ADP produced during kinase reactions, the assay helps identify potential drug candidates that can inhibit kinase activity and treat diseases like cancer and inflammation.

Despite their usefulness, all plate-based methods share important drawbacks compared to water-in-oil emulsion methods: extensive hands-on time, low throughput and higher cost per cell.To address most of these issues, we have developed FLASH-seq, a novel, full-length scRNA-seq method capable of generating sequencing-ready libraries in a single workday while providing superior data quality.

The FlexDrop Plus Non-Contact Dispenser provides rapid, precise, and flexible dispensing from up to 96-source wells into 96, 384, or 1536 well plates with a dead volume of 1 μL. Generating individual droplets between 8 to 50 nanoliters (nL) in size at 100 droplets per second, researchers can quickly automate their low volume dispensing workflows with ease. The FlexDrop Plus Non-Contact Dispenser uses positive pressure and droplet verification to achieve highly reliable and accurate liquid transfers.

Flow cytometry has become much more powerful in recent years. Scientists can now analyze over 40 markers on thousands of cells every second, thanks to new technology. However, this complexity creates a challenge: manually adding antibodies is slow, tedious, and error prone. This study explores how the use of an automated antibody dispensing system can improve efficiency and data quality by precisely dispensing the colored (fluorophore-conjugated) antibodies and allowing for more control samples. Unlocking the Power of Precision The pursuit of more accurate and predictive in vitro cancer models has led to a growing interest in 3D cell culture techniques. Among these, spheroid formation offers a promising avenue for mimicking the complex in vivo tumor microenvironment. However, traditional spheroid formation methods often face challenges in terms of scalability, reproducibility, and the uniformity of resulting spheroids. In this study, we introduce a novel approach utilizing the FlexDrop™ Plus, a cutting-edge noncontact liquid dispensing device. By combining the FlexDrop Plus with the liquid overlay technique (LOT), we aim to address the limitations of existing methods and provide a more efficient and reliable solution for spheroid generation.
