The Charge Variant Low PI Assay LabChip is required for using the LabChip Low pI Charge Variant Analysis Kit to screen and analyze the charge variant profiles of protein samples with a pI between 3 – 7. The LabChip Low pI Charge Variant Analysis Kit is available separately (CLS154134).
Both the assay and the chips are run on the LabChip GXII Touch™ protein characterization system.
These multi-use chips are designed to run 96 sample in a single experiment. The Charge Variant Low PI Assay LabChip can be reused multiple times enabling the analysis of up to 500 samples.
The LabChip GXII Touch instruments automate the tedious, labor-intensive chip priming and sample loading required with other systems, enabling a walk-away workflow, greatly reducing hands-on time.
