Cytokines regulate several physiological and pathological roles including innate immunity, acquired immunity, and many inflammatory responses.

We offer the full range of cytokine assay kits, from interleukins, interferons (IFN), and chemokines to TNF and lymphokines, in an easy and ready-to-use format.

Our immunoassays are cell based and measure cytokine release in cell supernatant. HTRF immunoassays have been validated in several cell lines, primary cells, and PBMCs to ensure relevance, and their low sample requirement enables the quantification of multiple cytokines in parallel from the same supernatant.

The assessment of serum samples often requires enhanced sensitivity. In some cases, AlphaLISA assays have demonstrated sufficient sensitivity to enable the detection of low levels of analytes in serum or plasma.
